The Influence of Hormones on Women's Health

Public Lecture – Open to All

Hormones influence many aspects of women’s health, far beyond the reproductive sphere. Mood, sleep, energy, concentration, and even stress management: the hormonal fluctuations that mark a woman’s life can have a significant impact on her physical and psychological well-being.

The Clinique de Genolier is hosting a public lecture at the Genolier Innovation Hub, led by its specialists, to provide a better understanding of the close links between hormones, intimate health, and mental health. From puberty to menopause, including the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and the postpartum period, this event will provide practical insights and guidance on how to better listen to and understand your body.
