The documentary “Don’t Put Me in a Box”, directed by Romain Girard, continues its international tour with a special stop in Genolier.
After acclaimed screenings at Fipadoc – Biarritz International Documentary Festival, Dance Film SF / San Francisco Dance Film Festival, Theater Rotterdam, and Stichting Focus Film Theater in Arnhem, the film will next be presented at the Brussels Art Film Festival Bozar, taking place from November 12 to 16.
Over two years, the film crew followed Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, a leading choreographer on the contemporary scene, exploring his creative process, multiple influences, and his vision of the world.
This documentary offers an intimate journey into the heart of creation, movement, origins, and artistic commitment.
